The why

ConnectNYC started with a straightforward question: what if an internet company actually respected its customers? What if the price on the website matched the bill? What if you could cancel with one click — not one phone call?

ConnectNYC uses next-generation fixed wireless technology to deliver high-speed internet from rooftop to rooftop across New York City. No digging up streets. No pulling new cable through your building’s walls.
Here’s how it works: we install a compact wireless unit on your building’s rooftop that connects to our network. From there, the signal travels into your apartment over your building’s existing coaxial cable — the same coax that’s already in your walls. Plug our modem into any coax outlet and you’re online.
The result: a network we can light up building by building in days, not construction seasons — engineered with redundancy and monitored around the clock to our 99.9% uptime standard.

We license rooftop space for a compact wireless antenna — a small, professional installation that gives your residents a competitive internet option. Building owners get a licensing fee, free common-area internet, and happier tenants who stay longer.
Every installation is code-compliant, fully insured, and designed to be nearly invisible. We use your building’s existing coaxial cable to reach apartments — no new wiring, no construction. And we work closely with building management every step of the way.
